Full job description

We specialise in designing, developing, and manufacturing innovative products, tailored applications, and comprehensive engineering solutions that empower our customers with the flexibility and competitiveness they need to lead in their markets.- Receive and check deliveries, verifying documentation and inspecting for accuracy and quality.
- Organize and maintain inventory in a structured and efficient manner, ensuring parts and materials are easily accessible.
- Track and manage stock movements using our ERP system (Odoo), ensuring data accuracy at all times.
- Prepare and stage components for upcoming builds, proactively ensuring teams have required stock in advance.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate internal movements and replenishment as needed.
- Liaise with internal departments to support planning, build activities, and continuous improvement of inventory processes.
- Identify and resolve stock discrepancies or issues, escalating where necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety within inventory and storage areas.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
- Approachable and collaborative, with strong communication skills for engaging with customers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven experience in inventory, stock control, or warehouse roles within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally Odoo, for managing stock and inventory data.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to task management.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively.
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical components and assembly processes is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and stock handling.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel skills.
