- Manage the production process for large scale international projects involving automated robotic machinery and equipment
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with engineering, procurement, and operations teams
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that project milestones are met
- Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or delays
- Ensure that all products meet quality standards and customer specifications
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements related to production
- Efficiently use ERP systems to track projects, resources, and finances.
- Identify and improve inefficient processes over time.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in program management or project management in a manufacturing or engineering environment, preferably with a focus on automated machinery and equipment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and components, including robotics and automation.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies (e.g., Waterfall), software (e.g., MS Project), and best practices. PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Strong financial literacy and business acumen, with a track record of managing project budgets and driving profitability.
