- Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and evolving business needs
- Manage documented information including SOPs, FLs, QPPs, FATs, SATs, BOMs, CRs, and other critical process documents
- Ensure compliance with internal quality processes across engineering, project, and operations teams
- Support implementation of new standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 17025, or equivalent frameworks
- Creation of test instructions and performance of testing on automation solutions ensuring quality post build.
- Lead the continuous improvement on internal testing infrastructure to improve and increase efficiency in the testing process.
- Ensure equipment meets customer requirements through FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ validation processes
- Create, revise, and control documentation including SOPs, policies, and project records
- Communicate QMS document changes across departments in a timely and effective manner
- Prepare quality reports for management, customers, and quality reviews, including key metric analysis
- Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections
- Assist with onboarding and training of new hires on quality topics and QMS responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality awareness and documentation discipline
- Act as a change agent for quality culture within the company
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or technical field
- Experience working within ISO 9001 or related quality standards
- Technical writing and documentation control experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams
- Understanding of technical process documentation and quality system structures
- Familiarity with quality metrics, audit preparation, compliance reviews and validation steps such as FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Clear communicator with excellent English (verbal and written)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or in teams
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Full driving licence
